Itinerary

　　The Jewish tour starts from Peace hotel, the Sassoon's house at Bund, which is a must as the most famous property of Victor Sassoon. Then drive to so-called Jewish Ghetto area (set up by Japanese in 1940s), where one may visit a historical park with a tablet of 3 languages inscribed, telling the history of Jewish who came to Shanghai in 1930s; take a walk on the streets that many typical Jewish style house located, hear the stories of local and Jewish living together at that time; also visit one former synagogue——Ohel Moshe Synagogue，recently renovated into the Museum of Jewish Refugees.

　　In the afternoon, pay a visit to Ohel Rachel Synagogue, North Shannxi Road，the largest one in the Far East, built by Sassoon for his wife. Late in the afternoon, visit Municipal Children's Palace, remembered in another name as Marble House, use to be owned by another wealthy Jewish businessman——Sir. Cadoorie. A lot of legends will be talked by the professional guides who are very familiar with the history of Jewish in Shanghai.
