* When receiving your bookings by phone, e-mail or other means, we will reply within 24 hours.
* Based on the valid bookings, we will send you the confirm letter inclusive of the cost and its payment due. After receiving your payment, we will send you the final confirm letter.
Payment Ways
1, Payment by cash on the departure day
In order to make the payment easy for some hot tours in your convenience, we allow the customers, who purchase the indicated tours, pay the cost by cash on the departure day. We will only accept the cash RMB.
2, Wire Transfer
You can also pay by wire transfer. The remittance details are as follows:

After you finish wire transfer, please fax us the bank receipt to 0086-21- 5876-9857. Please write your travel consultant¡¯s name on the postscript when you remit the money. It takes 2 to 5 workdays for your transfer to reach our account if you pay it in Shanghai.
3, P.O.S. Machine With the development of technology, Point of Sales (P.O.S.) machine is widely used to pay money when people purchase the goods or service in the world. In order to make the payment easier, we are authorized by our beneficiary bank to use the P.O.S. machine. Now, we can accept Visa, Master & all domestic cards with Union Pay mark.
Payment Conditions
£ªFor one day tour (indicates Shanghai and its close-by tours), SIC Shanghai & SIC Suzhou tour, the full payment due is 1 day ahead of the departure time.
£ªFor two days and above tours(indicates Shanghai close-by tours) & City Walking Shanghai tour, the full payment due is 2 days ahead of the departure time.
£ªFor Around China tours, SIC Beijing tour & City Walking Beijing tour, the full payment due is 4 days ahead of the departure time.
£ªFor Hiking and Biking tours, the full payment due is 7 days ahead of the departure time.
£ªFor Yangtze River Cruise, City to City tours & JIT tours, the full payment due is 15 days ahead of your departure time.
£ªFor Outside China tours, the full payment due is 21 days ahead of the departure time.
£ªFor the tailor-made tours and other tours, the payment due will be defined case by case.
Cancellation conditions
You, or any member of your party, may cancel your tours at any time. Since we incur costs in cancelling your travel arrangement, you have to pay appropriate cancellation charges calculated according to the number of days prior to the departure day that written notice of cancellation is received by us. The following are the details:
