Day 2 Wuhan—Mt. Wudang (B/L/D) After breakfast, drive to the famous
Mt. Wudang (4 hours), famous for the fascinating landscapes, a large scale of well-preserved complex of Taoism temples and a lot of heritage relics which was inscribed on the List of World Culture Heritage by UNESCO.
Lunch, taste the local dishes.
Then interchange the local bus to Mountain Wudang Scenic Area, visit the highlights of the mountain inclusive odd the famous Zixiao Palace, Feisheng Rock and Nanyan Gong where had been chosen as an important outdoor shooting location of the famous film <Crouching Tigers, Hidden Dragons>.
Dinner at hotel.
Stay at Tianlu hotel.
Day 3 Wudang Mountain—Wuhan—Shanghai (B/L)
After breakfast, take a cable car up to Tianzhu peak, you probably enjoy the spectacular clouds sea. Then visit the stunning Golden Palace which was well-known for the advanced techniques of molding and gilding of Ming Dynasty as well as its precise structure.
Lunch, taste the local dishes.
Drive back to Wuhan for your departure flight to Shanghai in the afternoon. (We do not recommend the train for way back considering that the walking and hiking on the mountain might be tiring for the train ride. But you certainly can have your own preference.)
