Jiuzhaigou is located in the north of Sichuan Province and is known far and wide as a fairyland. The name Jiuzhaigou came from nine Tibetan villages scattered throughout the valley.
Its attraction lies in its simple, idyllic beauty; a fairyland, primitive and natural and still in its pristine state. With majestic and unrivalled emerald lakes, layered waterfalls, colorful forests, snow peaks and Tibetan folk villages, all blending in harmony with each other, it is the jewel of nature which set into the mountains.
Jiuzhaigou lies in a transitional area where northern and southern flora and fauna meet which makes it a natural botanical and zoological garden. |

Itineray
Day 1 Take flight to Jiuzhaigou, meet local guide and transfer to hotel （L）
Day 2 Full day enjoy beautiful scenery of Jiuzhaigou. （B/L）
Drive to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou, take electric car into the area with guide accompanied. Get off at Shuzheng Valley where group pools and lakes gather, such as Panda Lake, Rhinoceros Lake, Mirror Lake, Tiger Lake, Nuorilang Waterfall. Lunch can be arranged as picnic by Nuorilang Waterfall.
In the afternoon, keep on the trip to Dzechwa Gully and Ri-tse Gully, walk by the beautiful lakes and forests and wooden stairways. Highlights come as Colorful Pond, Long Lake, and Upper Seasonal Lake. Unforgettable experience of this fairyland will be gained at the end of day.
Day 3 Tour to Huanglong and fly to shanghai （B/L）
In the morning, drive to Huanglong(2 hours), spend about 3 hours in Huanglong, where you may have experience of different lakes and ponds. It is also known as Sertso National Park. The park, a steep valley which extends for 9 km, was established as a nature reserve in 1983. It contains a series of variegated lakes suffused with minerals and algae, and received its name from the yellowish karst limestone formations which cover the terrain.
