    Opened in March, 2011, located on the 29th & 30th floor of Indigo Hotel at South Bund, CHAR is a contemporary steakhouse and bar in the Hotel Indigo. Dry-age cuts of beef are imported from Australia and the restaurant pays dutiful attention to little details like a selection of cutlery and sea salts. The upstairs bar is also an attraction with it's panoramic, unobstructed riverside views.
