The Stone Forest

　　The Stone Forest lies about 80 miles to the southeast of Kunming. Geological scientists have named it as Karst topography, and said it was left by 300 million years’ geological changes. With its unique geological structure and distinctive character, the Stone Forest is accepted as one of the four natural landscapes in China. 　　

      In the vast land, there are peaks, lakes, waterfalls and caves. The shape of stone varies one after another. For example, there are sword-shaped,mushroom-like and castle-like. All the stones are fantastic and vivid.
