Miao Village

    The Dehang Miao Village is in the Wulingyuan scenic spot in the west of Hunan province. “Dehang” in the local dialect means “the beautiful valley”. In the mysterious land, there are clean and beautiful rivers﹑deep valleys and a spectacular waterfall with height of 216 meters. There are also steep mountains with the highest peak of 700 meters. For its distinct culture and beautiful landscape, the village attracts large numbers of visitors every year.

    The Miao ethnic group has lived here for quite a long time. They have their own ways and traditions to celebrate. Miao people lead a simple but happy life. They like singing and dancing. You can enjoy the local traditional performance.
