Dongping National Forest Park
One of Shanghai residents’ hot tourism destinations, Dongping National forest park is packed on holidays with people who drive to BBQ and enjoy the sunshine. The park is large and it has a lot of facilities. You can see a relatively large amount of manmade structures here. It is eastern China’s largest artificial flatland forest and the largest forest park in Shanghai. Located in the northern-central region of Chongming Island, the park is 12 km away from the Nanmen Harbor.
